We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund terms for all AI Failure Intelligence products.
✓ Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access until end of billing period
✓ Pro plan: 7-day refund window if dataset doesn't match description
✓ Starter ($29): Refund within 48 hours if file is inaccessible
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
If the dataset significantly does not match its description, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by contacting us at aifailure.insights@gmail.com.
As a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, the Starter dataset is generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing file access, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• The product is inaccessible due to a technical error on our side
• The dataset content significantly misrepresents what was described
• Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after download
• Inability to use standard CSV format
• Requests made after the refund window has closed

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
