AI Failure Intelligence provides structured datasets of documented AI failure cases for research, analysis, and enterprise use. Our products include digital CSV datasets, intelligence reports, and API access.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our datasets for internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the raw dataset without written consent.
Academic and research use is permitted with proper citation of the source.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Starter dataset purchases are one-time payments. Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
Our datasets are enriched using AI analysis pipelines. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. Financial estimates and risk assessments are models, not guarantees. Use of our data for high-stakes decisions should include independent verification.
All content, data structures, intelligence reports, and website materials are the intellectual property of AI Failure Intelligence. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
AI Failure Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
